No refunds
Credit packs are non-refundable, whether or not you’ve used the credits. Unused credits never expire, so they’re there whenever your next interview comes up.
Try before you buy
Every new account gets one free interview of up to 10 minutes, with the full report. Use it to make sure Hey Mocky works for you and your browser before you pay.
Interviews that failed on our side
If an interview couldn’t run because of a fault with Hey Mocky, such as the interviewer not responding or the report failing, email support@heymocky.com from the address on your account and we’ll add the credit back.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the consumer law where you live.
