1. The service
Hey Mocky provides AI-powered mock interviews for practice. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 and give a valid email address.
- Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Don’t create accounts to collect extra free credits.
3. Credits and payments
- One credit is one interview of up to 30 minutes. New accounts get one free credit for a shorter interview.
- A credit is used when you press Start interview in the call, including if you end the call early.
- Credits don’t expire, have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Prices and taxes are shown before you pay.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, as set out in our refund policy.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use Hey Mocky to:
- Get help during a real, live interview or assessment.
- Upload content you don’t have the right to use, or anything unlawful or abusive.
- Attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or get around credit limits.
5. AI feedback
Questions, scores and feedback are generated by AI. They can be wrong or incomplete, and they aren’t a prediction of any real interview outcome. Use them as practice guidance, not professional career advice.
6. Your content
You own what you upload and say. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy.
7. Availability
We work to keep Hey Mocky running, but it’s provided “as is”. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. If an interview fails because of a fault on our side, contact us and we’ll restore the credit.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Hey Mocky isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using Hey Mocky at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll update the date above and tell you by email about significant changes.
11. Not affiliated
Hey Mocky recreates the look of video-call apps for practice. It isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Microsoft or Zoom.
